Overview:
Manage overall facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, EHS, and site infrastructure in a GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities maintenance programme and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor internal team and manage external vendors/contractors
• Manage critical systems such as HVAC, utilities, cold rooms, freezers, and backup power
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and compliance with GMP standards
• Support audits, change controls, and deviation reporting
• Manage maintenance budget and support capital planning initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure smooth site operations

Requirements:
• Experience in Facilities Management within pharma/ biotech / GMP environment
