Job Summary
As an Executive Search Intern, you will gain first-hand experience in the world of recruitment consulting. This internship offers exposure to candidate sourcing, research, and market mapping, with guidance from senior consultants. It’s a great way to learn the foundations of executive search while developing your business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for client roles
• Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries
• Support consultants in preparing CVs, proposals, and reports
• Help with interview coordination and candidate communications
• Maintain databases and update records accurately

Requirements

• Polytechnic graduate or university student (internship attachment or temp work)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Street smart, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving
• Good communication skills preferred
• Able to commit for at least 3–6 months
