Provide consultative advice to clients on their staffing & hiring solutions
Manage full recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Manage client's portfolio and candidate’s expectation and placing right talent for the job
Develop talent pipelines and networking
Manage job offer and salary negotiation process
Drive business development activities through outreach and client prospecting
