Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle the full set of accounts for a small-sized entity
Perform bank reconciliations, maintain accounting schedules, and prepare quarterly GST filings
Prepare management reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet analyses
Assist in preparing the monthly forecast and participate in the annual budgeting process
Manage monthly cash flow
Support audit processes and tax filing requirements
Work with the commercial team to ensure the accuracy of license agreements, timely issuance of invoices, correct revenue recognition, and systematic management of deposit and arrears
Assist with tender exercises and conduct pre‑qualification checks on vendors
Provide support for property tax filings
Provide support to the Finance Manager on month‑end closing matters
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Comfortable working with large datasets
Strong spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
