Senior Executive Assistant

📍 Location: Jurong East

🕒 Working Hours: Office hours (may require weekends and public holidays)

💰 Salary: Up to $3,200/month

📝 Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support to regional community operations promoting healthy lifestyles within the community

• Perform data entry, appointment scheduling, and billing of services

• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes

• Receive and respond to enquiries via phone calls

• Manage inventory of consumables and equipment

• Ensure data entry and billing are accurately captured in systems within stipulated timelines

• Ensure staff receive appropriate access and equipment on their first day of work

• Ensure access and equipment are reclaimed or terminated on staff’s last day of work

• Ensure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally

• Ensure consumables and inventory levels are sufficient to meet operational needs

• Perform other duties as assigned

✅ Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Self-motivated and strong team player

• Meticulous with strong organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
