Job Description
· Provide patient-facing support to medical practitioners by coordinating consultations, treatments, and follow-up care, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey.
· Perform clinic operations and administrative management, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, financial counselling on treatment plans.
· Act as a primary point of contact for patient enquiries and service-related communications, responding to and following up on enquiries received via telephone, email, digital platforms, and in-person interactions in a professional and service-oriented manner.
· Support patient acquisition and retention initiatives by managing patient communications related to clinic services, promotions, and follow-ups, aligned with approved marketing and service strategies.
· Maintain, update, and manage a computerized patient and prospect database, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare and data protection requirements.
· Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge across aesthetic and medical offerings in order to accurately explain treatment options, processes, and post-treatment care requirements to patients.
· Carry out additional operational, coordination, and administrative responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the scope of the role.
