Events Engagement Intern

We're looking for positively driven, sharp, and self-motivated individuals who have a strong interest in creating and operationalizing platforms to promote practical applications of good stewardship through education, engagement, and outreach. An intern in this position will be supporting events (physical, hybrid, and virtual) as well as executive education programmes, with a focus on the areas below:

Responsibilities

1. Programme promotion and logistics, including:

• Engaging with the Communications team to update information on the website, social media campaigns etc
• Maintaining databases on information relevant to publicity, marketing, and participant profiling
• Pre-event and onsite event organisation
• Liaising with vendors on event planning and logistics where needed
• Preparing programme materials

2. Post-programme review and analysis, including preparing post-mortem reports and follow-up with partners, vendors, and participants.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
• Effective communication and writing skills
• Meticulous, analytical, highly organised and intellectually inquisitive
• Good team player yet able to work well independently
