Events & Operations Executive

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Events & Operations Executive to support operational and administrative functions within our events business. This role involves event coordination support and general administrative duties with guidance provided.

Work Location: 6-minute walk from Somerset MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing of potential vendors and event venues through calls, emails, and site visits
• Assist with event space bookings and coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain accurate records of venue availability and bookings
• Conduct site recces when needed
• Provide general administrative support including email coordination
• Assist with on-site event operations when required
• Ensure event set-up is done properly and events run smoothly

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication skills to interact professionally with vendors and team members
• Pleasant personality with good organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable making calls and meeting vendors as part of venue sourcing and event coordination

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 6:00pm
(Must be willing to work on occasional weekends or after office hours when event support is required).
