Epidemiologist, Medical Affairs (Clinical Governance) @ WEST #HFT

• Conduct literature reviews on emerging infectious diseases and MOH public health directives

• Operate and monitor disease surveillance systems to detect outbreaks and nosocomial transmissions

• Extract, manage, and monitor data across dashboards and institutional databases

• Generate regular surveillance reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Support outbreak investigations (e.g., contact tracing, risk assessment, post-exposure management)

• Prepare presentations, research abstracts, and manuscripts

• Participate in departmental education programs and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Public Health, Informatics, or related field

• Healthcare or data management experience advantageous

• Basic statistical and data analysis knowledge preferred

• Interest in applying epidemiology to improve clinical care

• Able to work independently, collaboratively, and beyond regular hours when required
