• Partner with stakeholders to understand their resourcing requirements and fulfil the request effectively and efficiently within the turnaround time

• Actively tracking and following up on the status from request to fulfilment on a timely manner

• Source for the right resource pool of capabilities that meets cost and requirements from the panel of temporary resourcing suppliers

• Manage relationship with suppliers and review their performance on resource management related metrics such as turnaround to present profiles, fulfilment turnaround time, candidate quality and attrition rate

• Review and facilitate the temporary resource contracts for signing and Purchase Requisition (PR) process

• Address and resolve temporary resource related issues, escalation and inform management as necessary for resource requirements

• Identify and continuously improve resource fulfilment processes and other resourcing/ workforce initiatives

• Support data analysis and reporting on supplier’s performance and any other requirement as required
