Responsibilities

• Process new account applications for savings, current, and other consumer banking products
• Verify customer information and ensure completeness of documentation
• Perform data entry and system updates
• Liaise with customer service managers and branch staff to resolve account opening queries
• Provide timely updates on application status to internal stakeholders
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
