Jobs Responsibilities

• Assist in managing scam fraud follow up end to end processes
• Review and resolve card scam related cases
• Responsible for conducting investigation into Cards related scam cases and provide investigation reports
• Provide information and documentation requested
• Assist with administrative work related to all fraud cases
• Other ad-hoc duties and task assigned
