English Teachers (AEIS / IELTS / Cambridge / PTE)

Position Title: English Teacher – Exam Preparation (AEIS / IELTS / Cambridge / PTE)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Work Location: Central, North
Salary Range: Part-Time: SGD $40 – $60 per hour/Full-Time: SGD $3,500 – $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Weekdays, evenings and/or weekends depending on teaching schedule.

Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced English teachers to conduct English examination preparatory classes and language enrichment programmes for international students.

The successful candidate will prepare students for examinations such as AEIS, Cambridge English (KET/PET), IELTS, and PTE, while strengthening their overall academic English proficiency.

Classes may be conducted onsite in Singapore or through online platforms, with flexible teaching schedules available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging English examination preparation lessons for AEIS, Cambridge (KET/PET), IELTS, or PTE
• Conduct English language enrichment classes focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
• Develop and adapt teaching materials aligned with examination formats and learning objectives
• Prepare students using practice exercises, mock tests, and exam strategies
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Collaborate with the academic team to review and improve course content
• Deliver lessons effectively through in-person teaching

Job Requirements

• Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Prior experience teaching English examination preparation or English enrichment classes
• Experience preparing students for AEIS, Cambridge English exams, IELTS, or PTE
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Ability to conduct interactive and well-structured lessons
• Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom or LMS platforms
• Passion for teaching and supporting students’ academic development

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE or PGDE
• Experience teaching MOE-aligned curriculum or exam preparation courses
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with international students
