Engineer (M&E)

Bonvests Holdings Limited, a public-listed company with diversified businesses in Hotel (Ownership and Management), Property (Investment and Development) and Waste (Management and Contract Cleaning), invites suitably qualified and dedicated candidates to join our corporate head office as an Engineer (M&E).

JOB SCOPE:

·         Assist in contract administration to ensure a compliance with best practice.

·         Liaise closely with M&E Consultant for design and tender.

·         Check drawings and sample submissions to ensure that they comply with the contract documents.

·         Specialized in Residential, Commercial or Hospitality Industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

·         At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Experience in hotel projects is an added advantage.

·         Must be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

·         Good negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.

·         Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
