Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

1. Adherence to Job Order / Work Permit system and to maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations in accordance to Workplace Safety & Health Act.

2. Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety amoung the workers.

3. Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment.

4. Ownership of all Electrical equipments and Instruments

5. Plan and execute scheduled maintenance program for Electrical equipments and Instruments.

6. To ensure all the maintenance activities / records are recorded and maintained in CMMS (CIS).

7. Prepare monthly maintenance report.

8. Execution of equipment upgrading projects, GT/ GE requirements, other new installation within the facilities.

9. Investigate equipment failure and recommend the most cost-effective method of repair / maintenance for the affected equipment.

10. Participate in the RCA for all the reliability issues and propose the preventive action plan.

11. Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy

12. Ensure that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary

13. Responsible for quality and safety audit (E&I part).

14. Review and update Electrical & Instrumentation SOP.

15. Responsible to implement related AL group documents

16. Coordinate with operation to execute and complete the PM/CM/SDM on time.

17. Ontime response to address the issues to reduce the down time

18. Identify the critical spare parts and manage

19. Train the operation staff on critical E&I equipments

20. Develop the training plan and qualify the E&I technicians.

21. Complete LMS training on time as per planning.

22. Support the implementation of best practices
