【岗位职责】

• 向家长介绍中心课程、教学理念及学习安排
• 根据孩子的学习情况与家长需求，提供合适的课程建议
• 跟进潜在客户咨询（电话 / WhatsApp / 面谈等）
• 安排及协调家长到访、课程咨询及报名流程
• 与教务及教学团队保持良好沟通，确保信息准确传达
• 跟进在读学生家长的反馈，协助提升家长满意度
• 完成主管安排的相关招生及行政支持工作

【岗位要求】

• 学历要求：大专（Diploma）或以上
• 有教育行业、课程顾问、招生顾问或相关客户服务经验者优先
• 具备良好的沟通能力与亲和力，能与家长建立信任关系
• 做事有条理，具备基本的跟进与协调能力
• 熟悉基本电脑操作（Word / Excel / Google Docs / WhatsApp 等）
• 认同教育理念，喜欢在温馨、有支持感的环境中工作

Job Responsibilities

• Introduce the centre’s courses, programmes, and teaching philosophy to parents
• Provide suitable course recommendations based on students’ learning needs
• Handle enquiries from prospective parents via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations
• Arrange centre visits, consultations, and manage enrolment processes
• Liaise closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate information sharing
• Follow up with existing parents to maintain good relationships and satisfaction
• Support enrolment and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or above
• Prior experience in education, course consultation, enrolment, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow up effectively
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google tools / WhatsApp)
• Comfortable working in a warm, supportive, and education-focused environment
