E-Commerce Specialist (Beauty & Skincare Products) <Part-time / Freelance>

We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our award-winning spa and skincare brand online. In this role, you’ll take charge of our e-shops on our website, Shopee and Lazada, drive sales through campaigns and promotions, and bring our products closer to customers. If you’re creative, results-driven, and love the flexibility of working remotely on your own schedule, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Store Management
  Manage Shopee, Lazada, and other eCommerce stores.
  Create and optimize product listings with clear benefits, images, and keywords.
  Ensure attractive shop design and smooth user experience.
• Revenue Growth & Campaigns
  Develop strategies to increase sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
  Participate actively in platform campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales, Flash Deals).
  Plan and execute promotions, bundles, and vouchers to boost conversions.
  Conduct competitor analysis and adjust pricing/strategy accordingly.
• Product Sourcing & Development
  Source and evaluate new product opportunities to expand online revenue streams.
  Work with internal teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Marketing & Live Selling
  Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and live hosts to promote products.
  Support digital marketing team on ads, content, and branding efforts.
• Analytics & Reporting
  Track sales, traffic, and customer engagement across platforms.
  Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign results and ROI.
  Recommend improvements to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of eCommerce marketplace experience (Shopee/Lazada preferred).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, platform campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Proven ability to generate sales and meet targets.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Basic design/copywriting skills (advantage).
• Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
