Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Operations Management
Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering.
Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational workflow.
Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
2️⃣ Guest Service &
Handle guest complaints and service recovery p
Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
Manage VIP arrivals and special req
3️⃣ Staff Supervisi
Guide and support front office and
Ensure staff compliance with hotel SOP and service standards.
Provide on-the-job coaching where necessary.
4️⃣ Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
Respond to emergency situations (e.g., fire alarm, medical cases).
Coordinate with Security during incidents.
5️⃣ Reporting
Prepare daily shift reports.
Escalate major operational issues to Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Business / related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of hotel front office or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to work a 6-day work week and rotating shifts, including night shifts.
