Ritchie Transport is seeking a full-time Limousine Bus Driver to operate a luxury Mercedes-Benz V220 (diesel). We are looking for a reliable, professional, and service-oriented individual who takes pride in safe driving and delivering an excellent passenger experience.

Salary

Basic salary: SGD $2,500 per month
Additional earnings: Attractive trip-based incentive scheme for higher earning potential

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and Bus Driver Vocational Licence (BDVL)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Familiar with GPS navigation apps
• Proficient in using Grab and TADA apps
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Well-spoken, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct at all times

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the owner
• Ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times
• Comply fully with all traffic laws and regulations
• Stay alert to road, traffic, and weather conditions to ensure safe journeys
• Deliver exceptional, courteous, and professional service to passengers
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times
• Ensure the vehicle undergoes proper and timely maintenance according to scheduled requirements
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Submit daily trip logs and vehicle reports via the company WhatsApp reporting system
• Report promptly any incidents, delays, accidents, emergencies, or maintenance issues
