DPP Broker

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced VLCC & Suezmax Tanker Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for brokering spot and/or period fixtures, maintaining strong relationships with shipowners and charterers, and providing market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broker VLCC and Suezmax fixtures in the spot and/or period market
• Maintain and expand relationships with owners, charterers, and traders
• Provide timely market updates, freight ideas, and commercial advice
• Negotiate charter party terms and conclude fixtures independently
• Monitor market trends and support strategic business development

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a tanker market
• Proven track record in VLCC and Suezmax markets
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is required; Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong advantage
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
