[UP to $3800] Japanese Cuisine roles

Title: Culinary Artist (Japanese Cuisine) & Hospitality Ambassador (Service Crew)

Locations: VivoCity, Orchard, Suntec City.
5.5-day workweek (44 hours). Any additional work is recognized and paid as overtime.

Role 1: Culinary Artist (Japanese Cuisine Cook)
Salary Range: S$3,000 - S$3,800

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Japanese dishes with precision and care, adhering to traditional methods.

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, and plating.

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.

• Collaborate warmly with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Looking For:
A candidate with at least 2 years of specific experience in a Japanese kitchen.

Role 2: Hospitality (Service Crew)
Salary Range: S$2,500 - S$3,200

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, genuine, and hospitable service to all our guests.

• Manage orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.

• Share your knowledge of our menu with enthusiasm and assist guests in their selections.

• Work harmoniously with the culinary team to deliver a unified dining experience.
