Our services include full grooming for dogs and cats, as well as small animal grooming for rabbits and guinea pigs. We focus not only on aesthetics, but also on skin and coat health, hygiene standards, and responsible grooming practices.

Job Summary

Join Peaches Pet as a Groomer to provide caring, professional grooming services for dogs, cats, and small pets while maintaining a clean workspace and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Groom dogs and cats of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments by bathing, drying, clipping, scissoring, de-shedding, and styling with care
• Create a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet during grooming sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grooming area to ensure a safe workspace
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand grooming requests and report on pet conditions
• Assist occasionally with grooming rabbits and guinea pigs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a minimum SKC/DGA Class “C” Certificate
• Confidently handle dogs and cats, including seniors and puppies, to ensure their safety and comfort during grooming

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional grooming experience
• Knowledge of skin and coat care to enhance grooming quality
• Demonstrate patience, gentleness, responsibility, and a positive team attitude
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (with two rest days weekly and time off in lieu for public holidays)

Salary & Perks

• SGD $2,400–$3,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
• Commission on top of base salary
