Document Specialist (Pharma MNC/ Entry Level) #HZO

Duration: 9–12 Months Contract
Location: Tuas (Islandwide pickup provided)
Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Manage GMP document lifecycle in the Documentation Management System (DMS), including archiving and inactive records
• Manage documents within onsite archive room
• Support DMS migration activities
• Manage training records, including processing and data entry of forms
• Support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities in accordance with approved SOPs and policies in a multi-product cGxP manufacturing environment
• Identify non-compliance with cGxP and cGDP requirements and provide guidance on Good Documentation Practice (GDP) corrections
• Provide basic compliance support to staff across departments
• Uphold data integrity principles in accordance with Lonza policies and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills by analysing and interpreting data, proposing improvements where applicable
• Work collaboratively with individuals and teams to meet objectives
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Science / Engineering disciplines (e.g. Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
