Job Summary

Join BOUILLON GAVROCHE, a new French restaurant on Orchard Road, as a Dishwasher. You will support kitchen operations by cleaning dishes and maintaining a hygienic work environment to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain hygiene standards
• Organize and store clean items efficiently to support kitchen workflow
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area to ensure a safe and orderly workspace
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to manage dishwashing demands during peak hours
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and accidents
