Responsibilities – Digital Sales Agent

• Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products
• Objection handling: Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections
• Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned
• Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
• Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections
• Sales-driven & result oriented mindset
