Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other platforms

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

• Manage company social media accounts, including content planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement

• Create or coordinate marketing content (posts, captions, visuals, short videos, EDMs) aligned with brand guidelines

• Manage website content updates

• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

• Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of ad spend

• Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and competitor activities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, influencers, agencies)

• Support marketing events, promotions, and new product or service launches

• Lead lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates

• Manage influencers/KOL collaborations and performance tracking

• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Work Schedule Requirement:

• Must be willing to work on weekends on a weekly basis to support campaigns, content posting, leads distribution.

• Off-in-lieu will be provided on a weekday to ensure work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in (Digital) Marketing or Business Administration

• 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing (beauty, aesthetic, or lifestyle industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.

• Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Highly proficient in verbal and written English

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
