The Job

• Handle internal and external customer enquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions via phone and email.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution within service levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer matters efficiently.
• Support users on corporate digital banking platforms and guide them on system navigation.
• Manage enquiries and clarifications related to digital banking forms.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to internal procedures at all times.
• Support any additional tasks assigned by the team or management.
• Deliver consistently high service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound calls from internal stakeholders such as RMs, Assistant RMs, and branch staff.

The Talent

• Min 1 year exp in customer service
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Innovative and creative in problem solving with strong analytical skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, with positive work attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
