• Provide nursing care and education to patients with diabetes
• Perform blood glucose monitoring and review of diabetic parameters
• Administer insulin and medications as prescribed
• Conduct patient counselling on lifestyle modification, diet, and medication compliance
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic protocols

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid SNB
