Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Orchard

Job Overview

• Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally at sites. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing all IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. May need to support regional users via remote troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment and setup of computer for new/existing users
• Deployment of Printers
• Corporate mobile devices
• Point of sales (POS) devices and software application
• Office 365 services
• Internet/intranet connection services
• Windows User management
• File access
• Print services
• VPN services
• Security Operations eg. Patch and antivirus management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service focus
• Willing on staggered shift.
