DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Job Summary

You will manage patient communications by answering telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries and bookings. You will schedule patient appointments accurately and handle payment processing including Medisave submissions. You will collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, and email to facilitate bookings and provide information
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow and patient satisfaction
• Process payments accurately and submit Medisave claims following clinic procedures
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
