Dental Patient Service Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Service Associate to join our growing dental practice in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients.

What you'll be doing

• Attend to patients, perform triage and registration

• Responsible for front-desk duties such as, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)

• Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.

• Perform insurance/medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal

• Assist in stock taking as required

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities, including regular wipe down/cleaning.

• Any other duties as required
  

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar patient-facing role within the dental or healthcare industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology

• A friendly, positive, and empathetic approach to customer service

• A passion for the dental industry and a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care
