Dental Clinic Receptionist

Only Singapore guys & ladies if you are a meticulous, organized, mature, responsible with a positive attitude, team player with a cheerful personality. Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must and savvy in social media, you are the person that we are looking for to join our team.

Job description:

· Greet all patients, visitors and callers, giving them a warm welcome to the clinic,
creating a professional image for the clinic.

· Performs patients' registration, end day collection, appointment bookings, confirmation of patient’s

appointments via WhatsApp/phone.

· To key in all treatment charges and sales of dental products in the Clinic Assist system.

· Upon completion of treatments, discharge patients by dispensing medication,
accurate payments collection and scheduling of the next appointments.

· Knowledge of CHAS and Medisave claim submissions and other Insurance Claims
to relevant channels.

. Have experiences in Insurance submission & claims.

· Responsible for updating patient’s information like uploading of X-rays, referral
letter, photos & etc.

· Prepare, call the lab(s), monitor and ensure the cases being sent and received from
the lab(s).

· Always maintain cleanliness and neatness of the clinic.

· Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

· Working Experiences in Dental Clinic Receptionist would be an advantage.

· Good in Microsoft excel & words and familiar with Clinic Assist system.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to speak in other dialects would be a plus.

· Savvy in social media, video making & Social Media Platform would be good.

· Excellent customer service handling skills and upbeat in answering telephone calls.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Observe good work ethic and display good moral standards.

Additional Information:

· Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Sat: 9am - 1pm.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard area.

· Training is provided.
