- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.·
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the call centre system or CRM.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Follow call centre scripts, processes, and service standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirement:
- Diploma or GCE O Level in any field of studies.
- At least 1 -2 years of experience in the customer service line.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
