Customer Service Officers (premiere Lounge) Full Time / Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers promptly and provide excellent services.
• Ushering.
• Taking orders & making appropriate recommendations to customers.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Clearing tables, housekeeping & ensuring cleanliness in the work place.
• Stock check & replenishment.
• Cashiering and any other tasks pertaining to the lounge and cinema operations.

Requirements:

• Pleasant disposition.
• Have a passion for service.
• Previous working experience working in banquets, hotel lounge, fine dining restaurant or basic knowledge on Wines, Cocktails and Mocktails will be an advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (on a 5-days week basis for Full-timers), weekends and public holidays.
