Job Description
• Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Simultaneously handle multiple chats
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
• Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
• Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
