About the Role

Adecco is partnering an esteemed organisation in the finance sector and we are looking for Customer Service Officers who enjoy engaging with people and delivering service that makes a difference. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing personalised support and solutions over the phone in a fast‑paced call centre environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers over the phone, handling enquiries related to accounts, products, and services
• Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate, accurate solutions
• Consistently deliver high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Capture customer feedback and observe trends to support service improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset
• Comfortable handling calls and working in a call centre environment
• Prior customer service or contact‑centre experience is an advantage
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Detail‑oriented, patient, and solution‑driven
