Adecco is partnering with a public services organization to hire a Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic and service‑oriented team. This role involves managing front desk interactions, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. What You Will Do?

• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information in a courteous and timely manner, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Support administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and document handling to maintain accurate and accessible records.
• Liaise with internal teams to follow up on requests or escalate matters when necessary to ensure issues are addressed properly.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and operational support as assigned, contributing flexibly to the overall efficiency of the front‑of‑house function.
