We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in customer service across F&B or luxury retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in MS Office
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Open to fresh candidates with strong eagerness to learn
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus, but not required
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
