Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Answer internal enquiries and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately;
- Process sales order and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on-time;
- Monitor online orders and work with sales team to ensure customer order needs are met;
- Maintain an on-time & accurate customer master data maintenance;
- Assist logistics and supply chain services to assure customer satisfaction.
- Measure customer service performance and assist manager in ensuring KPI are met.
- Collect market feedback and report it to manager on timely basis
Requirements
- Minimally a Diploma Holder in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in telesales/call centre/data entry/managing customers enquires.
- Excellent communication (both written & oral) in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
- Passionate about cats and dogs.
