Job Description
TK TrichoKare is a leading holistic hair and scalp care centre that provides European botanical and herbal hair remedies, catering to all Asian hair conditions with proven track results.
Location: Ngee Ann City
5-day work week
Retail Hours
Singaporeans & PRs only
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
- Greet customers and answer all customers’ enquiries
- Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar
- Call and send SMS reminders to customers to confirm their appointment
- Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
- Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
- Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided.
- Able to work retail hours, and on weekends & public holidays
