Customer Service Officer (1 year contract/Up to $2.6k)

Job Summary

You will handle licensing feedback by engaging the public via calls and emails, document responses, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and support administrative tasks using office tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage members of the public through outbound calls and emails to handle licensing feedback and document responses following established procedures
• Communicate clearly and accurately in English over phone and in writing to address public feedback effectively
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback and ensure issues are followed through to closure when required
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other common office tools to prepare written responses, track feedback cases, and support daily administrative tasks
• Consistently follow feedback handling guidelines to ensure compliance with prescribed standards and processes
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and management in feedback and customer service operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer service, managing feedback, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
• Good attendance record demonstrating reliability and punctuality to support stable team operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and similar tools to manage correspondence and prepare documents
