Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and competence when interacting with both internal and external customers.
Be well-prepared to handle and resolve queries and concerns raised by external customers.
Carry out assigned duties, including promoting and upselling services or health screening packages, conducting surveys, publicising new programmes or events, and supporting other corporate or organisation-wide initiatives.
Take a proactive approach by:
Keeping up to date with key products, services, and initiatives in order to respond effectively to customer enquiries.
Understanding customers’ interests, recommending suitable solutions or alternatives, and gathering relevant feedback.

Requirement:

• Prior experience in call centre will be advantageous
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
