CUSTOMER SERVICE

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers
• Gather and analyse financial information to determine appropriate loan structures and terms
• Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions
• Negotiate and finalize loan agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan application and approval process
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively networking and building relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall operations of the credit services business

What we're looking for:

• Fresh graduates are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate clients
• Min GCE “O” level certificate

Working hours:

Monday to Friday (10:30am - 7:30pm)

Saturday (10:30am - 4:30pm)
