Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in manpower the planning for weekly duty roster
Plan modular trainings for new hires and existing staff
Monitor any renovation projects for rooms
Assist Manager in preparing monthly updates report to the Management
Overall in charge in handling resolving issues with customers complaints.
Reach out to customers on service promotion.
Responding to customer enquiriers.
Keeping records interactions,transactions,comments and feedback from customers to improve services.
Supervise and manage service staff in serving customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support.
Create welcome team to great customers lead them to their seats.
Lead and manage team in achieving KPIs on sales and operational targets
Assist Manager in monitoring and ensuring smooth execution of promotions and marketing campaign through strong internal collaboration with Marketing department in order to drive sales revenue
