Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• To report to the Town Council Operations Manager.
• To attend to walk-in customers and residents at the designated Town Council office.
• To handle calls, emails, online feedback forms, and the OneService platform during office operating hours
• To record, categorise, and route cases to the relevant departments, staff, and contractors appropriately.
• To assess case urgency and deploy cases to contractors for timely follow-up.

Requirements:

• Recognised higher NITEC, NITEC, GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
