Watch District Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s leading luxury watch dealers, specialising in neo-vintage and collectible timepieces. With a growing online presence and a dedicated clientele across the region, we are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to support our back-end operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day customer communication through phone calls, messaging platforms, and email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries, consignment requests, and service-related questions.
• Coordinate after-sales processes such as repair updates, warranty queries, and product handovers.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in administrative tasks and internal coordination related to client servicing.

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay proficiency is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working with messaging platforms, email, and phone communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Interest in luxury watches, fashion, or lifestyle products will be a bonus.
• Able to work retail hours 5 days per week, inclusive of weekends when required.
