Curriculum Specialist

Curriculum & Programme Development

• Work with Management to ensure the alignment of the curriculum, teaching, and learning approaches with Centre's mission and vision, values, as well as licensing/SPARK requirements.
• Collaborate with the principal and teaching team to consistently assess and improve practices, including effective management, assessment practices, etc.
• Demonstrate understanding of Centre's bilingual (Mandarin) programme and work with Mandarin ST to ensure an effective Mandarin Curriculum Programme
• Develop & manage Enrichment programmes

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Teaching (ECCE)
• Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures
• At least 2 years of early childhood experience and 2 years in curriculum development with the capacity to teach and implement innovative curriculum practices
