CSP Resident Manager / Head of Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities

 • Lead and manage Corporate Service Provider (CSP) licence application with ACRA

 • Act as Resident Manager / Key Person for CSP regulatory matters

 • Design, implement and maintain AML / CFT, KYC, client risk assessment frameworks

 • Oversee client onboarding, due diligence and ongoing compliance

 • Handle and respond to ACRA inspections, regulatory queries and audits

 • Review and approve high-risk / overseas client cases

 • Supervise corporate secretarial and compliance staff

 • Ensure all corporate services activities comply with Singapore regulations

Requirements

 • Singapore Citizen or PR (strongly preferred)

 • 8+ years experience in corporate services, CSP, professional firm, or similar

 • Hands-on experience with CSP licence application and/or ACRA inspection

 • Strong working knowledge of:

 • Companies Act

 • AML / CFT regulations

 • KYC / UBO identification

 • Able to independently draft policies, procedures and regulatory responses

 • ICSA / CGI qualification is a strong advantage

 • Comfortable taking regulatory ownership and accountability
