About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and commercially astute Creative Director to lead our design studio. This role goes beyond aesthetics — it requires strategic thinking, strong narrative development, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling spatial experiences.

You will set the creative direction across projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure our work consistently reflects design intelligence, technical integrity, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall creative vision of the studio
• Lead concept development from pitch to execution
• Craft strong design narratives aligned with client brand, culture, and operational needs
• Review and elevate design output across all stages
• Present confidently to key stakeholders
• Balance creativity with commercial viability and buildability
• Mentor and inspire designers across levels
• Establish design standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance studio culture
• Oversee spatial planning, materiality, detailing, and user experience
• Ensure design intent is preserved through documentation and site execution

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in corporate interior design or workplace strategy
• Proven track record leading large-scale office projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth and technical understanding
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and buildability
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
