We are looking for a driven and creative, Creative & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of creative design, content, and marketing, offering hands-on exposure to how ideas are developed, shaped, and executed across multiple touch points.

What You Will Do
As a Creative & Marketing Intern, you will support the creative marketing team in ideating, designing, and executing campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
You will be involved in the full creative and marketing process, from concept development and content ideation to design production and on-ground execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants to actively create, experiment, and understand how creative and marketing strategies translate into real-world outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Marketing Ideation
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns, content concepts, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop visual and conceptual ideas for digital and social media content.
- Create mood boards, visual references, and creative directions for campaigns.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and visual narratives.
2. Design & Content Production
- Design visual assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, stories, posters, EDMs, and presentation decks.
- Adapt and resize key visuals across formats and platforms.
- Apply design principles such as layout, typography, and colour to produce visually compelling content.
- Edit and refine creative assets to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Support the development of creative outputs for campaigns and activations.
3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Assist in coordinating campaign deliverables, timelines, and creative assets.
- Support on-ground activations and campaign rollouts where required.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Organise and manage campaign materials and creative assets.
4. Video & Motion Content
- Edit short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create basic motion graphics and visual transitions where required.
- Prepare video assets for social media and campaign use.
- Explore creative approaches to visual storytelling in video formats.
5. Creative Operations & Team Support
- Assist in preparing creative and marketing decks for internal and external use.
- Organise design files, references, and creative assets.
- Support ad-hoc creative and marketing tasks as required.
- Learn and adapt to agency workflows and creative processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong interest in creative design, visual storytelling, and digital content.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with familiarity in video editing tools.
- Understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, and colour.
- Comfortable translating ideas into visual and content outputs.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment with creative ideas.
- Able to take feedback and iterate on work.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
